- Tag iemand die een cheesecakelover is! 😍😍😍Gezonde cheesecake (10 stukken) Wat heb je nodig: Voor de bodem: – 200 gram havermoutkoekjes (ik heb de Oat Cookies Pecan van Albert Heijn gebruikt) – 40 gram kokosolie – 1 theelepel kaneel Voor de vulling: – 1000 gram magere kwark – 200 gram cream cheese light (ik heb Philadelphia light gebruikt) – 3 eieren – 2 scoops vanille eiwitpoeder Voor de topping: – 200 gram rood fruit, zoals aardbeien, frambozen, blauwe bessen en bramen! Zo maak je het: De bodem: 1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. 2. Mix de havermoutkoekjes fijn in de keukenmachine en doe de koekkruimels in een grote kom. 3. Laat de kokosolie smelten en roer deze samen met de kaneel door de koekkruimels. 4. Bekleed de bodem van een springvorm (ik heb een springvorm van 22cm gebruikt) met bakpapier en vet de randen in met kokosolie. 5. Verdeel de koekkruimels over de bodem van de springvorm en druk de bodem stevig aan met de bolle kant van een lepel. 6. Bak de bodem 10 minuten in het midden van de oven. Haal na 10 minuten de springvorm uit de oven en laat hem even afkoelen. En nu aan de slag met de vulling! 1. Gooi alle ingrediënten voor de vulling in een grote kom en roer alles goed door elkaar. Je kan alles ook mixen in de blender, wel zo makkelijk! 2. Verdeel de vulling over de koek-bodem en bak de cheesecake 35-40 minuten in het midden van de oven. (Als de bovenkant nog een beetje beweegt, maar niet meer vloeibaar is, dan is de cheesecake klaar) 3. Haal de cheesecake uit de oven en laat hem goed afkoelen. Zet de cheesecake nog zo een 3 uur in de koelkast om op te stijven. (Een nachtje is het beste) 4. - #transformationtuesday • It is a huge part of my job to see and celebrate 🎉 people’s health and fitness journey, their physical and mental struggles until they find what works for them is unreal and those who have won that battle to be happy in your own skin! Congratulations!!!! Keep it up, inspire and be the best you! • My body type is metamorphic which means I’m naturally not skinny or fat. I averagely burn energy before exercise and if I chose to eat bad I would for sure put on the pounds, FAST! I have once crepped up a couple of dress sizes which happened because I stopped dancing which had kept me very slender. I continued to eat like a horse and so when I stopped moving and kept consuming all the calories I of course put on weight. I started drinking, partying, not sleeping and had no respect for my body. • I had a blast and was happy for that time but I grew up and realised I wasn’t giving myself the best opportunity for life. As soon as I started to look at the benefits of food I fell in love with nutrition and fitness, naturally I fell back into sport. • 6 years later I am still the same size, physically and mentally stronger, most days I do some sweaty fitness in the gym or home to push myself and I make sure everything I eat either fights disease or feeds my soul. • I promote life balance and I maintain my physical shape. Obviously if I eat bad food or drink then I bloat, my skin breaks out, my sleep patterns get out of hand and I feel terrible but I makes sure either side of this small blow out I get back on the wagon and I don’t over do it otherwise I will pile on the pounds.... • The physical fight is real people! - Tuesday Trainer feature and it is our very own Fire Cracker, Niamh. She has been fairly active most of her life. Not your typical child, growing up most of her activities consisted mainly of Circus Arts, teenage summers at Circus schools across the world, even one at Cirque Du Soleil’s in Montreal. Moving to London in 2010 she found her love for lifting weights. Niamh’s focus was then and continues now to this day to be to educate women across the world on the benefits of lifting. She also hopes to add a dash of happiness to everyone she encounters each day! Niamh has spent many years teaching across the world in all forms of fitness, from boxing, to HIIT, to TRX Masterclasses and lifting techniques. She has taken learnings from every place she has been and every form of fitness she has encountered to create her own unforgettable sweat fest experience when she teaches. You'll never leave her class dry or without a smile!
