- I met this guy on my morning walk this morning. We had a chat, I kept it polite, him being a hunter and all (and me being a bit nervous when I'm that close to a wild thing). High loft like ceilings, natural light, square nook - this would become our #RelaxationStation - but what IS that? Well, it's where you'll go #postfloat to slowly transition back into the faster paced world outside of the peaceful #floattank womb like feel. Sit on the couch, a bean bag maybe, what about a hammock!? Enjoy a cup of tea or glass of water and read a book or jot down some post-float ideas, epiphanies, and experiences in a personal or communal #journal . Our space will respect your senses, will be quiet, calm, nothing overwhelming to the senses (sights, smells, sounds). Take a few moments in bed before you start the day to list off three to five things that you're appreciative of in that exact moment. Express gratitude for a new day that lays ahead and remind yourself how fortunate you are - To wake up where you are, the have a job, a hobby you're passionate about, a family to love, friends, food in your pantry and your health. Vocalize to the universe that today will be an incredible day. You are sure of it. Take a few breathes and know that if for some reason your day becomes stressful or chaotic, you always have your breath and your affirmative thoughts to return to.
