- Who doesn’t love chocolate ... even better when it’s not as naughty! Onto our next school holiday cooking adventure. - 250g raw cacao butter - 100g raw cacao powder - 100g raw honey or pure maple syrup or rice malt syrup - 2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla bean paste - 1/8 tsp fine sea salt - 6 drops of DōTERRA wild orange (or flavoring preference) - mixed fruit/nut/shredded coconut combo 1. Chop cacao butter roughly then place in a blender/Thermomix until milled. 2. Melt cacao butter 15mins 37 degrees ensuring all cacao butter is melted. 3. Add remaining ingredients (except dried fruit and nuts and wild orange) and continue cooking 10 mins. 4. Mix in Wild Orange essential oil. 4. Place nuts/fruit/coconut on a baking tray on baking paper. 5. Pour chocolate over fruit and nuts on tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
