- Today has been one of those "I just ate but I'm still hungry" kinda days. 😑 Gotta figure out why that happens... 🤔 . ▪️M2: @foursigmatic Coffee plus a Lemon Chia/Poppyseed muffin - holy yummers! I really just want to add some butta to these babies though 😂 ▪️M3: #KandKaleSalad topped with slightly over cooked lentils lol! Trying to switch up my protein options. This was pretty tasty together! ▪️M4: Chia Pudding with 2 Tbsp mixed nuts and a drizzle of honey ▪️M5: A glass of pineapple kombucha and this yummy #BuddhaBowl - so tasty and a new fave! ▪️Extras: All the chocolate 🤤 Okay, no just 3 small pieces of still.... . #Workouts: ✔️Combined today's #dailyabburn and #pushupchallenge into a circuit. Did 3 rounds. ✔️Completed today's #strongestselfever cardio workout x2 for today. Second day in a row I've done burpees for every workout! Yesterday I did three rounds! Today I did two. Maybe I'll take on The Blogilates 100 burpee challenge this week. 😜 ✔️Yoga Challenges: Today's pose is King Dancer. . Goals: 🌀Stop the nibbling. I'm a horrible nibbler, especially when meal prepping for dinner. 🌀Add in an ab workout every other day, first thing in the morning. Focus on quality and repeating til I can do no more. Gotta make it burn! 🌀Journal and meditate a few times a week 🌀Do a full yoga sesh during the #naptime for much needed stretch 🌀Remind self that the little wins count too.
