Circuit 1: - barbell row x10
- chest press x12
Circuit 2: - rear flys x 12
- laying chest flys x12
Circuit 3: - bent over rows x12
- plate lift and press x10
Then I did lat pulls drop set 10 reps, 4 sets
Then I rowed. I hate the rowing machine but I figured whats the best way to get some cardio in, in this bra.
Now I am walking on the treadmill.
Once the mats clears up I am going to do my regular ab workout.
