- Things to do for well-being: rowing and weightlifting. Today lots of snatches and then 3x15 back squat. Last week I did 3x10 back squat after long period of short sets and I started thinking that it would be nice to try and improve 10rm instead of 1rm. Improving 1rm is simple, now I had to reverse engineer the thinking. Goal is set to 140kg 10rm and it should be pretty easy and short term goal, now it's time for work. Lots of sets with 15-20 reps, and alternating with sets of 6 and 3 over 150kg should do the trick. And rowing to embrace and tolerate the lactic acid feeling. #crossfitlappeenranta #weightlifting #rowing

- Cheeky 10 mins on the rower to bump it up 😤💪🏻 didn't do Tuesday as I ran and went to Pilates, then yesterday went to fitness camp first thing, was with my son at hospital for a follow up after, then had my nails done, got some shopping in, sorted dinner, by the time that was done it was nursery pick up, then I went to my sewing and dressmaking evening class! Got home shattered so literally was no time!
