- "IT'S NOT ABOUT "HAVING" TIME, IT'S ABOUT MAKING TIME" Recently got a message on how the only reason me and other fitness enthusiasts have time to train and eat the way we do only because we don't have to face the reality of regular jobs, supporting families etc... Let's clear something out., a lot of successful fitness influencers have actual jobs and literally all of'em have families! Second., let me tell you a story! Year and a a half ago I was working full time job. It wasn't even the desk job, it was strenous physical labor and I worked 10-12 hours 6 times per week. Somehow I still managed to fit in 2 training sessions daily(morning routine and regular training session after job). I was waking up 4:30 AM EVERY DAY without exception to do my ab training, pull ups and dips and some days I even slept as little as 3-4 hours(sometimes even less). I even gave my best to fit in the best possible and sustainable diet in that particular situation. It wasn't the factor of craziness that was driving me on daily basis. Simple fact that I had my priorities set straight and I knew what had to be done to reach my goals. 👉EVERYONE HAVE TIME!!! It's not that you don't have time it's just that you let every external factor determines your actions. 👉Your focus and clearly set priorities will drive you through lack of motivation, tiredness and every other possible obstacle.👈 👉SAVE US OF YOUR EXCUSES, SET YOUR PRIORITES STRAIGHT, FIND A BEST POSSIBLE/SUSTAINABLE WAY TO REACH YOUR GOAL AND SIMPLY DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!👈 CONSISTENTLY!
