- QUEQUE DE QUINOA Ya chiquillas les dejo por acá la receta😊 ✅La tapa equivale a una cucharada sopera 👌 ✅30 minutos al horno llama baja, previamente calentado. El detalle está en poner 20 minutos en llama "al medio" y los últimos 10 minutos con la llama hacia arriba (mi cocina es de las antiguas y tiene una perilla en que se mueve eso, el sentido de la llama, no sé si las cocinas actuales tengan eso😅). ✅Adorné espolvoreando coco rallado con nueces y guindas frescas. ✅ Tb. Se podría reemplazar aceite de oliva por aceite de coco. . .
