- Grab n go meal for the next few days: @gardein beefless tips with quinoa, bean sprouts, zucchini, and asparagus tossed in soy sauce and sriracha 🌶🌶🌶 (bc who doesn't love sriracha 🤗) . Instead of the recommending serving size, I used half the bag for each meal. It's kind of annoying that the bag is 2.5 servings, and what would I do with half a serving?! So just using half the bag made it a lot easier. The added bonus is that makes this meal over 20g of protein and super filling! 💪🏼💁🏼 just finished up running some intervals and am ready for more food and my beddd.
