- I've posted these before, but I'll post again because i know you guys always want some booty exercises #thrustisamust 🍑 Hip thrusts are amazing glute builders and adding the band around the thighs adds extra resistance and targets the glutes even more. I incorporate barbell hip thrusts into my workouts 2-3x a week and prefer them over squats. If you are just starting out and are having a hard time getting the bar over your legs, try and find bumper plates 👍🏼

- I have been getting asked a lot about when I'll be doing my next show... & I finally have an answer! I have decided that come August 12th I will be conquering the stage again! I was thinking of maybe doing a show before that as well, but I decided not to do that. Due to financial reasons, wanting to spend time with loved ones & I also want to be able to enjoy this summer and be apart of all the fun adventure! I plan on maintaining until prep rolls around. So therefore I will still be following my macros, BUT with a couple extra treat meals 😜🙆🏼💁🏼 Currently I am standing at 118 pounds at 16% BF. Hoping to keep it that way!

Create daily to do lists - aim to complete 70% or more of your "to-do" items everyday. In My Wellness Journal we use the "PLANS" section to outline "to-do" items. 2. Have a "daily five" - these activities represent the crucial things that will help you get closer to realizing some major purpose or goal. In My Wellness Journals you can set these priorities and also break them down into self care and work related goals. 3. Set and communicate artificial deadlines - you can track time spent on each activity using the "Action Steps" section in My Wellness Journal. Pomodoro is a great technique to track time spent on each activity. 4. Have accountability partners : these are people you team with to pursue a big goal. Communicate with them at least every week, and make sure they hold your feet to the fire. You can create accountability partners via your social media community. 5. Say a "do it now" affirmation - here are some of our favorite affirmations > I prioritize my tasks and joyfully execute my day. >This is the time. This is the place. I am the one.
