Combine these two smith machine variations for a super set that'll set those cheeks on fire🔥 1.)Kneeling Hip Thrust- Start with knees 1 to 2 feet apart from eachother and parallel to the bar above you, feet together, bar resting on the back of your shoulders. Keeping your upper body straight, lower your butt towards your ankles. (Make sure you keep that booty tight for an extra burn!)😈 2.)Upside down leg press- Start laying flat on your back with your butt parallel to the bar above. [70lb] 3.)Stationary Side Lunge- You don't need a heavy weight for this one. I use this excercise to work on my stability. For those of you who aren't aware - I am a self taught makeup artist (previously worked at Bare Minerals) so I know my shiz when it comes to cosmetics 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have oily ass skin during the summer & fall, and dry skin during the winter. Right now I'm still oily & I bought this foundation on Saturday - I AM OBSESSED. I put my makeup on at 5am for work and I don't get home until 6 now and this shiz stays on ALL DAY and I only touch up at once during lunch It stays matte and it does not move. If you have problematic oily skin you need to try this out Also - I have sensitive skin and I am acne prone and this doesn't seem to upset my skin at all (I was worried it would bc peach fragrance) I'm in the shade nude and it matches perfectly So all you ladies who love active lifestyles and you're looking for a good every day foundation, here ya go 🍑
