- Abs are barely hanging in there but I'm feeling pretty strong and my pecs are filling out nicely so here ya go💪🏼😊 cashin' checks and growin' the pecs is all I'm about now😉😏😂 lol jk. But seriously, this bulk is kinda playing mind games with me. I'm trying to put on weight and grow but good lord it's just hard to watch the abs slowly disappear after working so hard to attain them. #powerlifting #bodybuilding #bulking #abs #lean #notreally #aesthetics #kizentraining #fitness #gymselfie #fitlife #lifting #shredded #muscle #gainz #pecs #strong #growth #decisionsdecisions #confused #leanfortheladies #like #follow

- When trying to improve a movement pattern within lifting, keeping it simple and spending time perfecting the lift is the only main solution. Over complicating it really won't help you in the long run. Instead use dynamic training and fluctuate correctly between volume, frequency and lastly intensity. The last of these 3 is the least important when it comes to getting that movement pattern perfect, as getting stronger is the easy part, but identifying and working on weaknesses to optimise is the true art of lifting Separate your work and make your accessory work just as important as the primary and secondary lifts that you do and keep it simple. Break your training into solid cycles and phases with short and long term objectives around your competitions. Do not go too heavy to quickly and too often!!! #forgepower #forgetheory #strengthbyforge #powerlifting

- 💢 Most learning is influenced and encouraged by the environment and the people who surround us. Parents reward their children for behaviour of which they approve, and the child learns to associate a particular behaviour with positive stimuli. The learning that results is called conditioning. This started from the idea that there are some things that a dog does not need to learn. For example, dogs don’t learn to salivate whenever they see food. This reflex is ‘hard wired’ into the dog 🐕 . Conditioning involves certain environmental factors (positive associations or stimuli) which encourage learning to take place. On a large scale, society conditions us to model our behaviour according to a certain set of norms by approving of conformity. . For instance, much social conditioning occurs through the media (magazines, newspapers, television), where we repeatedly see certain kinds of people associated with desirable stimuli. The obsession many have with dieting and slimming has its origins in such associations, for people may believe the advertisements that show slender people receiving admirations, being loved, living happy, and successful lives (positive stimuli), as being associated with body size and weight. . It now being 2017, body awareness and self appreciation has risen to the occasion and fortunately, people's attitudes have changed however, in large, these old perceptions still exist 😔 . #fit #fitness #fitfam #gym #gymlife #trainforlife #health #healthiswealth #healthy #alliance #injuryfree #bodybuilding #calisthenics #strongman #crossfit #powerlifting #weightlifting #gymnastics #educate #backpain #lifecoach #lifecoaching
