- I'm flying home today!! I apologise for being slightly MIA from curlytops over this past week, it has been a week full of goodbyes and beautiful quality time, although, I think mum has been killing the Instagram game. 👌🏼 So these are my snacks for the plane! My plane journey is pretty hefty from Cali to Ireland and I've done this flight so many times that I can't even face the food anymore, oh it turns my stomach! So I had to take precautions this time because there was no way I am going to sit thousands of feet in the air with stomach cramps from the food. (Been there, done that.) So! I made some date, almond and coconut energy balls, some honey and sea salt roasted nuts (hazelnuts and pecans, of course) and some chocolate chips that were left over from clearing out my pantry, because a girl always need chocolate when on long flights. Soon I'll be in Ireland, I'm excited to come home and figure out the next part of my journey. Me and mum love you all, thanks for sticking with us on our life as well as food journey. #curlytopscuisine
