iowagirl4sure - Dianne 💖 I used TLS and lost 25 pounds. The great thing about TLS is the program teaches you how to eat right. You can choose to use the supplements, shakes, and starter kits or not. I didn't use any extras. I just learned what to eat and when to eat it and yes I exercised. That's why TLS is different and not a gimmick. It educates.

It really teaches ppl how to choose to live a healthier lifestyle, and how to modify and substitute for unhealthy habits. The shakes are great way to substitute for high sugar desserts and cookies.

Harina integral - 200 cc leche semi descremada - 2 claras + 1 huevo - 2 cdtas. Polvos de hornear - 1 cdta. Endulzante líquido - ralladura de 1 limón  Preparación:  1.	Juntar las harinas con los polvos de hornear y reservar.  2.	Mezclar el endulzante, yema y leche, batir y reservar.  3.	Batir a nieve las claras y añadir los ingredientes anteriores de forma alternada, integrar con espátula, cuidando que no se bajen.  4.	Llevar la mezcla a molde previamente engrasado de 18 cm., hornear por 25-30 minutos.  Cobertura de dulce de leche:  Ingredientes: - 1 cda. Dulce de leche sin azúcar #enlinea - 1 cda. Yogurt natural sin azúcar ➡ multiplicar por 8 si lo quieren para todo el bizcocho 👌
