When he first came to me he was suffering with chronic lower back and neck pain and very stressed because of work. Not a very good combination to say the least. Now my client has become conscious of his posture and is understanding the #powerofposture. Not that he wasn't aware, but just couldn't bring himself to a point of balance in rich foods, exercise and lighter foods. You can't always wait for adversity to come and bite you in the ass, this is how health works. (Just wanted to make that point:)) . .
