- 🚨Client Achievement🚨 We have a to give a massive shout out to Kirsty. Kirsty has been one of the most dedicated “exercise goers” for years, dedicating hours every week to exercise . What she didn’t know was she was very imbalanced across her body. Upon conducting a postural examination it was noted she had an extreme lateral pelvic tilt and thus a goal was set to correct this and build 2kg of muscle. Today, 12 months later here is Kirsty completing her first ever set of 40kg squats with no pain and no tilt. 12 months ago she couldn’t body weight squat without tilting to the left. She is extremely excited to finally be seeing results for all the hours and hard work she puts in every week. Keep up the great work Kirsty. Bring on 2018. In the meantime, here is a simple warm up drill I like to incorporate before any full body workout. And for beginners, this is a great way to get your core and shoulders to stabilize!
