- Ce soir c'est super moche mais super bon ! Plateau repas (restes du frigo 😂) Tortillas de maïs, fromage frais allégé, Colin fumé, pain aux graines et conté 💜 avec un fromage blanc Taillefine 💕 Et finalement je me suis un peu bougé les fesses et j'ai fais ma séance 2 de la semaine 8 du TBC1 !!! - Collation 🐱 J'ai l'habitude du porridge proteiné au lait et j'adore ça 😍 mais aujourd'hui je teste le porridge à l'eau 😂 OUI À L'EAU ! 😱 Avec 30gr de protéines vanille +30gr flocons d'avoine +300ml d'eau 221cal - 18,3g glucides - 28,4g proteines - 0,9g lipides Et c'est pas trop mal ! Ce n'est pas aussi crémeux qu'au lait et petit effet poudreux en bouche. À voir avec moins d'eau et moins de protéines du coup 🤓 Avec ça dans le bide, je ne devrais pas avoir de problèmes de fringales !
