- Hi guys!👋🏻 - No matter how busy I am, I am always ready to sit down for a good read! 📘 (or stand up in this case). I love visiting the library to see what is available. I have to admit that it’s not an easy task for a pharmacy student that sits and study all day long to continue sitting for leisure reading. 😪I think the same goes for everyone. Usually (I meant everyday), we are all so tired and sleepy, hence when we get off work after a long day the only thing we want to do is either to flop onto bed or to dive into a couch and watch telly. 🖥 If I force myself to read, I will end up sleeping, and wake up the next morning with a book in my hands and a sore neck (not the best way to start a day). 😴That’s why I never read at night, unless I have insomnia. My mom always yell at me to go to bed early, and wake up early the next day to start things fresh. I use to be a night owl 🦉but I gradually (still transitioning) into an early bird. 🐣 These couple of months, I tend to like to wake up in the morning early, take 10 minutes for a quick yoga routine,🤸🏻‍♀️then have a warm cup of warm lemon 🍋 water and a light 🥞 , and after that set a timer for 15 minutes and read with a cup of tea 🍵 or coffee ☕️ . I finished a couple of books already by adhering to this routine and so far so good! - I recommend borrowing books 📚 instead of buying them, buy a kindle to read the latest bestsellers, and listen to audiobooks 🎧. This way you have more space at home, you don’t have to worry about where to store the books. It keeps you home free of clutter. I only read my books once to twice (max), so there is no point in keep them for 10, 20 years, if I want I can always go to the library to borrow the same books again. 🏢As for the books that’s already piling up in you room, donate your unwanted books to people in need and let them enjoy of reading!🤓 Take the weekends to start reading!!! 🎉 - #pharmacy #medicine #books #reading #igblogger #strategy #motivation #pharmacist #doctor #womeninmedicine #books #reading #energy #library #hkig #student #audiobooks #kindle #tea #coffee #morning #management #timemanagement #yoga #read #love #happiness
