Training with Cori is the best thing I've ever done for myself. She is an incredible trainer. Shortly after I started with her, she announced there was going to be a transformation contest. I told her that I was not going to participate in the contest because I was new and most of the other girls had been there for months and had more experience. I couldn't lift anything. Cori explained to me that had nothing to do with it. I followed what she said for 8 weeks, and I was thrilled and surprised to see I had gained strength, confidence, and muscle. Having Cori as a trainer was a wonderful experience. If a 73 year old woman can do it, you can. If any of you ladies want to look firm and young and strong, Cori is the best around, an amazing trainer. She will make you feel like you can accomplish anything.
