Next, add a glass of white wine & increase the heat to burn off the excess liquid. Return to a medium heat & add 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 200ml dairy free milk, half a vegetable stock cube & 20g dairy free butter/spread. Cover with a lid & lower the heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally. After simmering the sauce for 15 minutes, bring a pan of water to the boil & cook 150g tagliatelle as directed on the packaging. Remove the lid from the sauce when you place the pasta in the water. When cooked, combine the pasta with the sauce, stir & heat on a simmer for a few minutes, stirring often.
