- // AVOCAD-OH YEAH! || Snacking the right way. My kids absolutely love guacamole. And I don't mean the pre-made avo dip from Coles variety. They like real, chunky guac with a bite. Tom found the most beautiful avos, spanish onions, parsley and tomatoes from the markets over the weekend and I put it all together today. - That sky!! My glands have been up since Saturday BUT my energy levels haven't shifted! SO happy to still work and yoga class with a girlfriend this weekend. These are my go to's for staying strong... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Oil pulling: so wonderful for removing bacteria from the mouth and throat, I use coconut with a drop of peppermint essential oil. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Celtic salt gargle: I do 6 x 30 second gargles in the morning and evening. Add 1tbsp of organic celtic salt to 2 cups of hot water to dissolve. This helps with eliminating the bacteria but it's a life saver for the pain for me too! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Up the ginger and garlic: I make 2L of fresh ginger tea and leave on the stove to sip from all day, and extra garlic into every meal. Garlic is highly antibacterial. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Essential oil diffuser: pure eucalyptus and lavender are right at the top (TIP: check what you're actually inhaling, so many 'look alike' essential oils actually have chemically based perfume scents). Tea tree is a great anti bacterial for my hands instead of the toxic chemically loaded gels on the market which deplete our good bacteria as well as the bad. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Detox baths: I also add essential oils into these, and switch between bicarb, Epsom & seaweed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Coffee enemas: part of my daily routine for over 12 months now and the quickest and most effective relief available for my body. - Living with people who don't understand your journey is the worst thing ever. My goals are being derailed and challenged everyday. I will not lie, these have been the hardest 2 weeks ever. I need to go back to res I think 😂😂😂. Fell off the wagon . This weekend being the worst. However it's not how you fall that matters , it's how you get up that counts. New week new goals!!!! Day 1/5 #Stepping into a new challenge like.... #weightloss #whole30 #atkins #banting #lchf #paleo

- Warum ich von ein paar Tagen meine Nüsse wie ein primitiver Steinzeitmensch selbst geröstet und gesalzen habe, statt einfach im Supermarkt zu kaufen? Weil unsere liebe Lebensmittelindustrie die super Idee gehabt hat, die Nüsse mit billigem und ungesunden Fett zu frittieren!! 😫Habt ihr schon bemerkt? Bei allen "gesalzen und gerösteten" Nüsse steht auf der Verpackung als Zutaten Rapsöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Palmöl usw😣. Muss das sein? NEIN!! Nüsse sind die perfekten Snacks von der Natur, welche die richtige Balance zwischen Fett/Kohlehydrat/Eiweiß haben und brauchen kein zugefügtes Öl. Ich habe eine Nussmischung genommen, mit Salzwasser besprüht und im Ofen geröstet und sie sind perfekt geworden. "Aber Ciça, es ist wie bei Eiern: man brät sie in einem bisschen Fett für den Geschmack." Es mag sein... aber wer kauft schon Spiegelei in Tütchen???🙄 - ---------------------------------------- 🇧🇷A alguns dias mostrei no Stories eu torrando minhas oleaginosas como uma mulher das cavernas ao invés de comprar direto no mercado. Vcs sabem porque??? Pq a indústria alimentícia teve a brilhante ideia de para dar mais cor e sabor as bichinhas frita-lãs em óleo barato😫. Olha a lista de ingredientes: oleaginosa, óleo de canola/girassol etc e sal!!! Precisa isso??? NÃO!!! Comprei uma mistura crua dei um banho de água e sal e coloquei para assar! Ficou perfeito!!! "Ah Ciça, mas o ovo lindo e perfeito a gente frita com tb". Sim, verdade!! Mas tu compras ovo frito no pacote?🙄
