- I remember looking at these photos after I took them literally 1 year ago, thinking how "blah" I looked. Being totally beside myself because I'd gained like 2kg (in fluid, mind you) Therefore, I binge ate all that Friday afternoon once I finished work, set off on a weeks holiday around tassie come that Sunday... and my boyfriend and I ate and drunk all of Tasmania's fine local produce. When I got back from my holiday I was even more mortified and started back on the vicious restrict and binge cycle. So, now I am actually 10kg heavier than this photo - looking back, thinking - what the actual hell is wrong with that mind of yours?? Why can't you appreciate each moment? Why couldn't you appreciate the fact that you had worked your ass off to lose 22kg and JUST because you had a couple of "off days" and gained fluid, you think you've undone it all? Argh! Every. Damn. Time! I have so much appreciation for others, but zero for myself??! Go figure. GOALS! Now my personal trainer has set me a challenge of setting fitness goals that I actually want to achieve!! So far I have; - stop wigging out of classes (exercise anxiety) - Build up my core so I can always perform push-ups on my toes! (My core always lets me down) What are some of your goals??? 💋xo

Weve cut a #bigmac 😝😝 into 4 and given it 4 environments. How long will it take to go off? Mouldy? Stale? Or eaten by 🐜🐜🐜's. I even think the bugs will reject it! I havent been into Macdonalds in years. Maybe 7 yrs. The big vats of canola....feeling green! The smell, Feeling greener. So no way would I eat this.
