Вроде бы ничего существенного, но поверьте 1 ст.л. этого суперфуда переворачивает с ног на голову полезность вашего завтрака. But did you know that bread is also a sneaky source of added sugars and preservatives?😐 It's crazy how much companies bury them under other marketing words, like "organic" or "sprouted" or "super grains". . ❌As you can see, all three brands of bread on the left have some sort of sweetener and preservative added. The ingredient lists are also LONG AS HELL and full of words that just are hard/impossible to pronounce. EVEN THOUGH these breads seem like they're healthy for you, a closer look at their ingredients list suggest otherwise.😣😑 . ✅Instead, I usually eat Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Tuscan Pane... one of my all time faves. Ingredients are whole wheat flour, water, sea salt, yeast AKA THE ONLY THINGS YOU NEED TO MAKE BREAD.🍞😍 Other types of bread that I love that have different grains in them: @traderjoes sprouted california bread and Ezekiel sprouted bread (but holy moly that shit is $$$$$).And if I make my own bread, I usually use @pinchofyum's No Knead Bread recipe!! Anyways, the more you know, the better you can fuel your body without the added crap! Next will be to slowly cut out refined sugar and caffeine. My love for coffee and chocolate is what makes this more of a challenge, but I love a challenge!!! - Day 139 / 10mos+ . 🍢 Sate Lilit Ayam 🍢 . 🍢 Bahan : 1. Gluten free Rolled Oats 2. Ayam Kampung Muda, paha atas 3. Homemade Santan 4. Kunyit 5. Kemiri 6. Kencur 7. Bawang Merah 8. Bawang Putih 9. Sereh 10. Nutritional Yeast 11. EVCO 12. Minyak Kanola 13. Tempe 14. Daun Salam 15. Herbilogy Turmeric 16. Chicken Bone Broth . 🍢 How to cook : 💛 Sate Lilit 1. Blender ayam mentah dgn 10 ml air matang hingga halus 2. Buat tepung oats (5 sdm oats blender halus dgn dry mill) 3. Haluskan kunyit, kemiri, kencur. Tumis dgn minyak kanola hingga harum. Angkat. 4. Campur ayam, tepung oats, bumbu halus, 1 sdm NY, 1/2 sdt herbilogy turmeric, dan 20 ml santan. Aduk rata adonan, konsistensi jgn sampai trlalu encer 5. Siapkan 5 batang sereh cuci bersih dan geprek 6. Lumuri tangan dgn EVCO, lalu kepal2 adonan ayam ke batang sereh. Kukus 15 mnt agar adonan bnr2 matang. 7. Panaskan sedikit minyak kanola dlm pan, lalu panggang sate hingga kecoklatan . 💛 Kuah Sate 1. Siapkan bawang merah/putih geprek, 1 lembar daun salam, kunyit, kemiri, dan 5 butir merica yg dihaluskan. Tempe potong2 dadu 2. Panaskan minyak kanola, tumis bumbu2 hingga harum, masukkan tempe, tuang 200 ml santan dan 100 ml CBB. - Day 139 / 10mos+ . 🍢 Sate Lilit Ayam 🍢 . 🍢 Bahan : 1. Gluten free Rolled Oats 2. Ayam Kampung Muda, paha atas 3. Homemade Santan 4. Kunyit 5. Kemiri 6. Kencur 7. Bawang Merah 8. Bawang Putih 9. Sereh 10. Nutritional Yeast 11. EVCO 12. Minyak Kanola 13. Tempe 14. Daun Salam 15. Herbilogy Turmeric 16. Chicken Bone Broth . 🍢 How to cook : 💛 Sate Lilit 1. Blender ayam mentah dgn 10 ml air matang hingga halus 2. Buat tepung oats (5 sdm oats blender halus dgn dry mill) 3. Haluskan kunyit, kemiri, kencur. Tumis dgn minyak kanola hingga harum. Angkat. 4. Campur ayam, tepung oats, bumbu halus, 1 sdm NY, 1/2 sdt herbilogy turmeric, dan 20 ml santan. Aduk rata adonan, konsistensi jgn sampai trlalu encer 5. Siapkan 5 batang sereh cuci bersih dan geprek 6. Lumuri tangan dgn EVCO, lalu kepal2 adonan ayam ke batang sereh. Kukus 15 mnt agar adonan bnr2 matang. 7. Panaskan sedikit minyak kanola dlm pan, lalu panggang sate hingga kecoklatan . 💛 Kuah Sate 1. Siapkan bawang merah/putih geprek, 1 lembar daun salam, kunyit, kemiri, dan 5 butir merica yg dihaluskan. Tempe potong2 dadu 2. Panaskan minyak kanola, tumis bumbu2 hingga harum, masukkan tempe, tuang 200 ml santan dan 100 ml CBB.
