- 🍽 Breakfast . 🌿 Toasted Wheatfuls soaked in unsweetened Rice Milk 🌿 Frozen blueberries . 💬 I soaked the wheatfuls in milk for too long and it got super mushy. They barely touched them until I sprinkled cinnamon onto it. They almost finished it all! . 💡 Cinnamon is used by people to cure or help various ailments but all studies done on this has produced inconclusive results. Meaning, cinnamon is not proven to be a good treatment for anything. Consuming high amounts of cinnamon is toxic but safe in small amounts. It’s so tasty! I’m gonna limit how much we use and keep it to a sprinkle. - can't stop-won't stop with coconut-banana paleo french toast💃🏻 It’s pretty dang tasty! you guys should try it😻 do it: mash 1/2 banana, then add 1/3 c almond milk, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and stir well. have a separate plate with 2-3 tbsp of shredded coconut ready for dipping. preheat your griddle/pan and coat it with coconut oil. dip the @barelybread paleo cinnamon raisin bread into the batter allowing to soak for 3-5 seconds. then, dip it in shredded coconut on both sides and transfer bread to a pan. cook on medium-low heat for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. serve it warm with desired toppings. I topped mine with bananas, blueberries, @baresnacks coffee chips, @wild_friends pb and chocolate covered chia seeds. happy Thursday everyone! #healthymoodsf #veganfrenchtoast
