- Bulking game is getting realer day by day. Feels so geeewwwd cause i feel strong as phuck! • Did shoulders today and this is one of the best variation I did. Lateral raise partials superset with lateral raises full range. If you wanna get a good pump from this movement make sure you're doing it right, I see so many people doing so heavy and basically just swinging their bodies back and forth. Choose the weights you can control and do it properly with mind to muscle connection, thats how you grow. Cheers !
