- I'm sharing this because A) it looks amazing; and B) I want to make it! #Repost @howdoigovegandotcom (@get_repost) ・・・ This #cauliflowerbread from Frances McCormack makes eight delicious slices that are ideal for #sandwiches, #buns, or could even double as #pizzabases. Ingredients 2 tbsp ground #flaxseeds 1 #cauliflower 1/2 cup #oats 1/4 cup flour (any kind you like, but you may need a little more or less to get a firm ball) 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup #nutritionalyeast 1 tsp #turmeric 1 tsp hot #paprika 1/2 tsp #garlic powder 1 tsp #onion salt Salt and white pepper Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 220C. Lightly grease two baking trays. 2. Mix the flax seeds with 3/8 cup (or 6 tbsp) water. Leave to sit while preparing the cauliflower. 3. Break the cauliflower into small florets and pass through a food processor until very finely ground. Transfer to a large bowl. 4. Mill the oats in the food processor until like flour. Mix into the cauliflower with the flour, baking powder, flaxseed mix, and seasonings. 5. Form the mixture into 8 tightly compacted balls, and flatten out. - So I was going to eat a bowl of cereal but I decided to be extra and make oatmeal. Jk. Nah I know that when I eat cereal I tend to nibble on erthang in sight after just an hour so I made myself a bowl of oatmeal topped with yogurt, BSM, Banana and walnuts. Well today I have to go do laundry, grab some joe and sit my booty down and get some homework done. Also I use the BSM just because it so high in iron. - Baked banana oatmeal is going to be my new go to! 🙌🏼 Got this recipe from @eatwellwithlily (slightly mondified) and I'm OBSESSED. So easy and cheap! Here's what you'll need: • •1/2 cup of @bobsredmill •3/4 cup of @califiafarms almond milk •1 T of @wild_friends nut butter (I just used their peanut butter this time) •1 T maple syrup •1 t baking powder •half a banana sliced •dash of cinnamon and vanilla _____________________________________________ Combine all ingredients in a ramekin (I ended up smashing 1/4 of the banana and leaving the other 1/4 as slices in there) and bake at 350 for about 30 mins. Top with warm peanut butter, banana slices, and some cinnamon 😊
