- Hoy fue un día de cocina, hice trufas, galletas y waffles 🙈 después de hacer mis trufas y galletas tuve antojo de waffles jaja así que las trufas y las galletas quedan para mañana (las probé eso sí, y mi papá tbn y están muy muy ricas!) Estos waffles los hice con 1 huevo, 1 clara, un chorrito de aceite de oliva, esencia de vainilla, ralladura de 1 limón, 1/2 cucharadita de té verde matcha (opcional), 2 cucharadas de harina de avena, 1 cucharada de avena, 1 cucharada de leche en polvo (es opcional, yo le agrego mi purita mamá porque no me gusta tomarla con agua 😫), 1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear y endulzante (yo le coloque 1 cucharadita de stevia en polvo de natura list). Si no tienen wafflera, la misma receta la pueden hacer a la sartén como panqueques o al microondas como mugcake ! Un abrazo 💕 mañana les subo las galletas y la receta de las trufas y galletas 💕. - When I was younger I hated having my picture taken. I was super camera shy because I was very insecure about my body...I still struggle with it because I find myself overthinking about pictures, comparing them to others, getting worked up then just deleting them🤦‍♀️ Sounds dumb I know. I guess I have a long ways to go confidence wise. BUT I think it's important to identify these insecurities about yourself that you want to work on because that's the only way you can move forward. So my goal is to ⚠️STOP WORRYING⚠️ about how I look 24/7 and to STOP comparing my own photos to others. It's a hell of a lot easier said than done...but hey baby steps. 🙂 P.s. waffle cones are the best don't even argue 🍦
