- Me ajudem a dar algum nome pra isso haha Eu fiz um tempero de cebola e alho dourados no azeite, refoguei cenoura ralada, acrescentei trigo para quibe hidratado e quinoa que ja estava cozida, além de muuuuuito tempero, como sempre (pimentas branca, Jamaica e preta, hortelã, salsinha e hortelã pimenta, com força). Só isso... To pensando em transformar em um cuscuz na próxima...
