- Bonberi summer salad edition! A crunchy and extra hydrating twist on the age ol' classic ceaser...celery ceaser salad using stalks and leaves. Recipe below πŸ‘‡ β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ 1 large bunch of celery with leaves intact 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup ice cold water 2 cloves garlic Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp tamari sauce 1 tbsp capers 1 tbsp chopped parsley Sea salt and loads of black pepper to taste Optional: 1 tbsp anchovies chopped 2 tbsp grated raw goat cheese Thinly chop celery and leaves and thrown both into a large bowl. Add chopped parsley. In a small bowl, add remaining ingredients for dressing and whisk, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Dress salad and toss. Optional, add anchovies and cheese and toss.
