- #When you get that ill pump on chest day and you immediately need to capture the #gains.😆💪🏼 - Im not where i want to be, but I certainly am not where i used to be.💯 - I've been flashing back to when i first started my #fitness #journey at 14 and how my #training has #evolved.🙇🏻 - Don't be afraid to switch it up! My training varies between yoga, hiking, running, stability/balance work and lifting. Finding a #balance between it all, i would say i hike 2-3 times a week, run twice, yoga 4-5 and lifting 3-4 times a week. I work through my #intuition for eating and would say i sit around 2200-2700 calories. Ive tried a bunch of different styles to fitness and have taken many breaks before. I would suggest to keep it fun, stay #moving and continuously being self-accountable to stay on track!🕺🏼 - Its a #life long journey, a #lifestyle and its going to require different versions of yourself along the way. I recommend doing what makes you #happy, that you #enjoy and something you look forward to when you wake up in the morning or after a long days #work. If it starts becoming a "chore", switch it up!🙆🏻‍♂️ - This will help you stay #motivated, #rejuvenate yourself and keep the workouts going long term.✔️ - It all starts with the decision you make from the #moment you wake up in the morning to when you go to bed. Creating the habits you desire through the decisions you make within the 24 hours given you. No ones going to put the #effort in for you. You must #create the fire inside yourself to remain focused and do what you know you need to do.🤘🏼 - You can do this. You are capable of creating a life of your dreams. But it all starts with you.
