- Had a blast attending 3 sessions of workshops over the weekend conducted by these 2 wonderful yogis/dancers. Thank you @joshmu and @marlobenj for showing us a different perspective to the way we move in yoga. The dance elements were incredibly fun (and tiring!) and it showed me the importance and art of moving fluidly, with your own expressions and explorations. It has also certainly inspired me to take a hard look at my (in)flexibility and to really go try that adult ballet class that I’ve been itching to do so for the longest time. - Thank you again for sharing your knowledge with us and for being such genuine, lovely souls. Too bad you guys couldn’t explore the city longer. Till next time, see you (soon I hope!) here, in Melby or some corner of the world! 🙏🏻😊 - Also a big thank you to Dawn and @yogaschool.asia too for being such a great host! - 👋Hey! No gym? No problem! . My gym was closed tonight due to us getting new equipment-- sure I was a little annoyed cause I wanted to throw some weights around + get in a solid upper body workout- but, I'm a fitness professional and know better than to think workouts only need to be in a gym! No no no! 🙅🏻 you can workout ANYWHERE. . So, I changed my mindset (and clearly, my workout) and got to work training legs (+ abs- not shown in video) for a solid 25 minutes and that was it! (Also not counting the 45 mins of @flywheelsports I did this morning 👌🏽😎). Here are the leg moves I did in the video above (sorry the last one's cut short! But you get the gist of it!) . No weights required! . 1. Split Bulgarian squats (15 each leg) . 2. Jumping lunges (20 total) . 3. Step-ups on stairs (15 per leg) . 4. Elevated side lunge (15 per leg) . Repeat for a total of 15 mins with a timer - no rest between movements. Go till times up! . Ab circuit for 10 minutes: • 15 leg lifts •20 double-pulse crunches •30 bicycle crunches total •30 mountain climbers total . . Sorry lighting is so dark, too! Don't have the best lighting 😂😂😂 . .
