- Yesterdays art class was all about Australian Aboriginal art and Samudra loved his finished piece so much that he took it to school this morning to play it with friends. He was so tired and cried all the way to class but once there he loved it and kept asking if he can go back there again and again and again! I love the way Miss Ratih and Miss Janie nurture the kids creativity and do such amazing and fun projects while teaching the kids about different artists from around the world. #australianart #minniepwerle #goart #gorjessart #getcreative #useyourimagination #kidsartclass #jakartaart #welovejakarta @gogoart67

- Most definitely in our list of top 10 favourites by Minnie Pwerle 🙏🏽 Minnie did not begin painting until late in 1999. When visiting Barbara in Adelaide, she expressed a desire to paint at Barbara's son Fred Torres' DACOU gallery. Presented with canvases, she began to paint a series of linear works with an authority reminiscent of the late Emily Kame Kngwarreye. The finished pieces were bold, vibrant and free flowing. They quickly captured the attention of prominent gallery owners who purchased every canvas Minnie painted. This informal and completely unexpected workshop heralded Minnie's entrance into mainstream Aboriginal art. If you are interested in purchasing this piece, be sure to email your enquires to info@pwerle.com.au #PwerleGallery #Pwerle #AboriginalArt #AboriginalArt #MinniePwerle #InteriorDesign #Interior #Lifestyle #Architecture #Hotel #Realestate #Luxury #Resort #Travel #Style #Pastel #Trend #Australia #International #Global #NewYork #London #Artwork #Art
