Congratulations on 150k Conny @plantbased_food_and_travel 🙌🙌 #simplyconny150k ➡➡ and to answer the question, why did I start Instagram and what do I like about it? I think I started this Instagram to share my fitness journey.... from lots of quark, chicken, running and ab photos to then lots of chocolate and quotes and now just vegan food and more personal life on my IG story! Safe to say this account has changed alot over the years 🙌🤣🤣😅 and what do I love about instagram? Helping and inspiring people whether it's body love/recovery motivation, healthy lifestyle, more plant based eating etc but also connecting with so many different people! I've met a few of my followers and made connections with people from all over the world and I love that.... from growing up being told not to talk to strangers to now having friends/connections with people just through this social media app, it's rather amazing! And also talking with people who have the same beliefs and thoughts as me!!! - Tonight I made a simple spinach and cheese pie. I have been wanting to try it for a while. I loosely followed a recipe from LowCarbYum and changed a few things :) It was good! Here is what I did: 5 eggs 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drainer or fresh spinach that has been cooked down 3/4 tsp garlic powder 1.5 tsp onion powder Seasoned pink salt and pepper to taste 3 cups shredded cheese (I used a mixture of sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and shaved parmesan cheeses) Whisk the eggs and seasoning together. Add in the spinach and cheese, mix well to combine. Add the mixture into a greased pie pan. Top with additional shredded cheese if desired (I love cheese lol). Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
