- While taking my final Shift Shop after photos, I was feeling so confident and happy with my progress over the past 6 weeks that I had a little fun with the self timer ๐Ÿ˜œ ๐Ÿ“ธ I don't know if anyone has noticed or not and I'm not at all surprised that NOT ONE person has asked me how much weight I lost.... seriously.... NOT A ONE. And not a once have I told you either ๐Ÿ˜‰. And yet, hundreds of you have joined my Shift Shop Sneak Peek and more than a fraction have already signed up for my Beta Group. Think about that you guys... that should tell you something pretty dang powerful... and that is.... it's not about the weight loss, it's not about the number on the scale... is it? ๐Ÿ˜‰ Isn't it about how you feel? The confidence you have? The empowerment you feel? Being comfortable in your skin? Those things have NOTHING to do with weightloss, per say. This journey has never been about weightloss for me. I don't promote our programs as weightloss solutions. I don't promote Shakeology as a weight loss magical shake. I don't promote WEIGHTLOSS. And I will take that to the grave. Because when you come into my family and I take you by the hand and lead you in what I offer, it will NEVER be about weight loss. Ever. Simply because just weightloss isn't a strong enough reason why to keep going with the things that ultimately will give you weight loss. #TRUTH. What you will get with me are solutions to weightloss, but the reason why will be FAR MORE. Let that be my promise to you. โค๏ธ The scale can only give you a numerical reflection of your relationship with gravity. THAT'S IT. - Trying to prove that the words baking and healthy can intertwine. Made these protein banana blueberry muffins for a quick sweet snack this week using Kodiak waffle mix and they did not disappoint!๐Ÿ˜‹ Macros per serving: Cal: 105| C: 13| P: 10| F: 2 ๐Ÿ”น1 cup kodiak mix (you can also use oat flour- just grind oats in a food processor) ๐Ÿ”น3 egg whites ๐Ÿ”น1 banana ๐Ÿ”น1 cup unsweetened applesauce ๐Ÿ”น1 cup blueberries ๐Ÿ”น3 scoops vanilla protein powder of choice - I love Beverly UMP in Vanilla ๐Ÿ”น1/2 cup of non fat greek yogurt ๐Ÿ”น1 tbsp of stevia ๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp vanilla extract ๐Ÿ”น 1.5 tsp baking powder ๐Ÿ”น.5 tsp baking soda ๐Ÿ”น1 tsp cinnamon 1. Mix all the wet ingredients (egg whites, yogurt, mashed banana, applesauce, vanilla extract). 2. Add your dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, stevia, cinnamon). 3. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredient mixture. Add blueberries and combine. 4. Pour into your muffin pan and top with extra blueberries. 4. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. 6.
