But for folks looking to lose weight, it can be their worst nightmare😨... - Reason being, with celebration, comes food, and lots of it. That can cause a buttload of stress for someone who wants to both enjoy time with their family but simultaneously has a weight loss goal they’re trying to achieve. - Now, sure. You could try to track your food, focus on only eating healthy dishes, avoid the dessert table, yada yada yah. But put it into perspective... - Say you typically eat 3 meals per day. That means you’ll be eating ~180 meals during November & December. Now let’s pretend you’ll have 3 Holiday meals in each month — 6 in total. - That’s 6... out of 180 meals! That means the majority (~174) of your meals are going to within your control. - So my Holiday diet advice? - Chill out and enjoy yourself ✅ - Enjoy your Who Pudding & Rare Who Roast Beef!
