- In my own head tonight....I have no reason to be putting myself down right now, yet I am. I walked past the mirror twice today (once in jeans and once in workout clothes) and just couldn't help but feel like my legs grew 8 times larger over night....so ridiculous. . . The reality is- I should be super proud right now, I'm back on track with eating and workouts for almost two weeks straight. I missed my originally scheduled workout tonight because I had to take my husband to the ER for a kidney stone....but I got home, made dinner (instead of taking the easy route and ordering out), made sure he was comfortable and then started my workout at 9pm- which is normally my bedtime πŸ‘΅πŸΌ. I got it done today. I have ate consistently good. I'm putting in the time. I'm putting in the effort. I lost 85 pounds being consistent with no overnight fixes, no pills, no BS. I'm not exactly where I want to be but I'm determined to continue to live a healthy life, even if I have #thickthighs forever πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏼. #workout #lift #run #runner #running #motherrunner #fitness
