- Managed to get in for two deep tissues this week. Haven’t felt this good in a while. These massages I always seem to neglect until they become 100% necessary. This is now something I’m changing for good. Already booked another for next week. Lower backs feeling way better so hopefully the squat weight will reflect that. Hope you all have a awesome Friday!!!! - Ugliest session ever, didn't expect anything else though after 7 weeks away. Bodyweight is 67.8kg 🤔 66s anyone? 😂 Squat was a pretty simple 125kg single, although technique was all over the place; Bench was a 105kg single, failed a 112.5kg single for the first time in about 4 years 😐 Deadlift was a proper ugly 180kg but got angry and wasn't putting it down after the bench disaster! 😣 On the bright side there's only 6 weeks till comp 🤔😂 fml. 😞 On the bright side, might have found a half decent Pure Gym.
