In pairs...(trainer praying for even numbers lol!) 20min calorie race... Every 2mins players must swap. However more regular swaps are allowed. Every swap will cost both players 3 burpees. In rest time 5 strict pullups +5× KSP per side at 1/4 BW All to be completed within 2min cap or -10 calorie deduction given... Winning team chooses which of the following they do, second gets choice of 3, down to all other teams getting the last option left: All punishments are individual 10× strict pullups + 40 calories 10× strict pullups + 500m/1000m 20× strict pullups + 20 calories 20× strict pullups + 250m/500m (Scale= burpee box jump pullups)

Start with 10 swings, 10 goblet squats. Then 9 swings, 9 squats, 8 swings, 8 squats... all the way down to 1. Try to hold to that kettlebell for as long as possible! 😳 • I used a 16kg kettlebell today, and it took me 4:49. I usually go heavier but my legs are fried after a week of #FitN15 workouts! 😵 • Give this workout a try!
