Owwwww 🔥🔥🔥💪🏼 Personally for me I like focusing on 3 main exercises: - Leg Raises - Crunches - Planking Total of 60 However I do add some HIIT such as 5 burpees or a minute running on the spot or star jumps between each 10 set Add Russian twists, sit ups, v-ups, or reverse crunches etc and feel the burn 🔥💪🏼 Total of 30 each Remember you have the power to achieve whatever the hell you want! So get your earphones in, water bottle ready and go kick some ass 😜😆😊
