- I am officially the heaviest I've ever been.... As a rule I don't weigh myself... For me it's more destructive than constructive... But today, after weeks of feeling like I'd gained quite a lot more than usual I jumped on the scales.... yep. Never. Ever have I been this heavy. I won't lie. It messes with my head. I like to be ultra lean. It may not look good, but I like the feeling... always have. Ultimately though I know I'm Healthy. I'm fit. I know I drink more red wine than I should and I DONT portion control or limit myself with food in anyway.... So now I must decide.... Get comfortable being bigger. Or, reign in a few of my relaxed habits and get back to where I'm happiest.... Please don't get me wrong... this is ultimately NOT about what I look like or my weight... This is about how I FEEL. I weighed myself to see if now I was feeling was imagined or real. I think everyone should ignore weight and looks, and honour where they FEEL good. That's just my opinion! Anywho... week 53 #arms done! Cheers gang!

I detta #btbttips så fick jag snabbspola 3 min till 1 min samt vill visa lite enkla basicgrejer som bör funka för de flesta iaf... Det ser ut som ett klipp från ett aerobicspass ala -80 tal, men det går väldigt långsamt egentligen. Varsågoda! 🤙🏻 *Försök få in stretching osv i vardagen, typ när ni kollar TV eller lägg några minuter varje morgon på detta. Det kommer göra susen på lång sikt. "Hellre mjuk som varmvatten än stel som isvatten" 😂
