Gods honest truth, yesterday I told my peers that I didnt think there was much of a difference in my Before pictures, to what I look like now.  SO I was super surprised when I compared these to see this awesome difference! This just solidifies things for me even more. It was the icing on the cake. I didnt do this program just to lose weight. I did it to give my system the proper re-check that it needed to get back to my 'original' alkaline state.  Starting weight: 142.8 Ending weight: 133  The show isn't over yet, I am traveling this weekend, and all of next week! I will need all of the accountability & continued support I can get to ensure that this extends far past my 21 days.  I am starting up another round of my 'Summer Strong' at home bootcamp on June 6th. If you're hesitant to get started or you think it's too late, think about this: our next 3 week challenge group will be OVER by the time the first day of summer comes! The T-push-ups and thrusters will work your shoulders (thrusters will of course also blast your legs + cardio!) You will need a set of dumbbells or a barbell for the 30 sec of squat thrusters. If you don't have any weights, you can sub in burpees or a second interval of sit throughs. Repeat the circuit three times! 💪 HIITBURN.com
