#fisioterapia #fisioterapiaesportiva #fisioterapiadesportiva #instafisio #manualtherapy #reabilitacao #rehabilitation #physiotherapy #physicaltherapy #muscle #injury #knee #joelho #lca #futebol #futbol #football #soccer #crossfit #fit #ufc #mma #bjj #pilates #pilateiros #saopaulo #sonafe #corridaderua #instarunners #dieta

- *PNW 1/2 Marathon Race Recap* This was my FIRST race with a specific goal pace in mind. My first 1/2 and full marathons were strictly to just finish and time meant nothing. Even after those "firsts" I've never been a serious enough runner to even know what pace I *should* be able to maintain! So, I'm pleased this race was a success and I learned a lot from this race, and even more from the training. Race day... 4am, I downed a meal replacement powder added to 64oz water. I went back to bed until 5:15. Arrived at the race at 6:15 and went for a jog. Pre-race I ate 2 squares of a CLIF blok and then we were off! My mile splits were (8:19,8:03,8:08,7:56,8:05,7:53,7:52,7:46,7:52,7:57,7:37,7:40,7:27,7:16). (This doesn't include about 24 seconds of time that I stopped at water stations throughout the race - totally forgot to turn off auto pause.) The first mile I took easy to settle down the adrenaline. I slowly picked it up, maintaining a steady 8-8:10 pace, and I felt pretty comfortable to stay in that pace range for several miles. I looked around to enjoy the neighborhoods, the river and forest park we ran through - and the beautiful tree farms. Once I hit mile 6, I knew it was time to pick up the pace. I got out 2 more CLIF Bloks and once the turn around point came up, I stayed distracted seeing other runners. I enjoyed watching them pass by, and I yelled out several "keep it up's" and "way to go's"! Around mile 9 I was still feeling strong, but a nagging side ache was killing me. I stopped by a water station and grabbed a GU. I slowly sipped about 1/3 of the GU. then at Mile 10 I knew I had to start pushing the pace. So I bumped it up. Felt good until mile 11 and then I started feeling that "runners wall". I otherwise felt strong so I mentally had to buck up and just keep pushing. The day before I had read a Star Wars book to my son and in it were Yoda's wise words - "Do. Or do not. There is no try." and I just kept putting these words on repeat in my head. .....👇👇..... If you're still reading this and not bored out of your mind... The rest of the recap is in the comments section...

- Struggle run mentally and physically!! Happy workout Wednesday everyone!! I wanted to be into it but even I knew it was take it easy day. Good thing it's gorgeous here in unicorn 🦄 land. Fighting some mental demons that come with this time of year, I needed to relax and just take a medium pace run to clear the brain. Struggling with where I am in life and of course, my mom. At 34, I figured I would be doing more. I know my running will come back but, I believed last year at this time life would be different. With no races soon, training is essential and it's good to just be in the moment to get through the rough patch. I will never stop running, it's how I feel closest to her. Take away the speed, the team and everything else... I still will go out every day just to be. NYC 10k.. maybe twice, BAA 10k... FUCKING FALMOUTH!!! Montreal either half or full!! Tokyo.. then redemption.. Boston 2018🦄🦄.. because it's all about those fucking unicorn 🦄!! Redemption begins!! Montreal 🇨🇦 5 months!! CHASING THOSE FUCKING UNICORNS 🦄!!! Chasing the sub 3 hour marathon!! #abbottwmm #WhereChampionsRun #chicagomarathon #bostonmarathon #rnrmontrealmarathon #tokyomarathon2018 #BQ #mini10k #tokyomarathon #chasethosefuckingunicorns #marathontraining #running #dcmo #falmouth2017 #baa10k #RunCherylRun #USATF #instarunners #BeBoston #nikerunning #crosstraining
