Businessmen create business out of an unoriginal idea/service while an entrepreneur is the inventor and first creator of a product/service. 2. Businessmen can be profit-oriented and people-oriented; more concerned with welfare of workers and satisfaction of customers. Entrepreneurs are more concerned on social influence/impact, focused on what they can offer to the world. Their purpose is to make a difference. 3. Businessmen take calculated and managed risks. Entrepreneurs take risks that seem illogical to the public eye. 4. Businessmen are employers/managers; hires employees/workers to help the business grow. An entrepreneur is a friend and a leader. He finds peers and PEOPLE, never treated as machines, & invites them to help them grow. 5. Businessmen see customers as source of sales/revenues. Customers are the lifeblood of business.
