- Kids are going back to school, time for us Mom's to take some time for ourselves!! Was your summer spent focusing on the kids and their needs? On BBQ's and late night drinks around the fire pit? Maybe an ice cream cone or 2? I know I have noticed I've a little "fluff" around the edges and maybe you have too and you KNOW it's time to refocus and put YOU first again! I am going to be hosting a 21 Day Back To You challenge group. It will include a full week of prep work focusing on clean eating, meal planning and meal prep!! We will then jump into 21 Days of HOME workouts, Focused nutrition without counting points or calories, online accountability, daily motivation and more!! The boot camp isn't free, there are LIMITED spaces, they WILL fill up. It is going to be incredible! YOU deserve to feel AMAZING again! - Had a shitty feeling long ass day and really did not want to workout. 😒😒😭😭Was going to do a trail run but it was too damn hot for myself and the dogs so instead after fighting with myself I dragged myself up to my workout room and got this 45 min workout done. There was NO way I was getting out of it! I've got goals and each day matters!!! Felt so slow and sluggish at the beginning but as usual on a shitty day half way through it was feeling great and all my shittyness was lifting away!!!!!!!! So glad I did it now!! - Do you catch yourself thinking "I can't do that.. it's too hard.. I'm too out of shape"?? . I never used to be able to do this stuff either and *SPOILER ALERT* I didn't get in better shape by sitting on the couch just "wishing" that I could! I got strong by showing up, pressing play and doing the hard sh*t ESPECIALLY when I couldn't! . I did P90X at 230 lbs when I hadn't worked out AT ALL before... SUPER out of shape is an understatement.... a lot of times I was just walking in place watching them on the TV do super crazy moves that I could only dream of one day doing... but each day I would try a little bit more than the day before. Each day I would push a little bit harder. Each day I got a teeny but stronger. Eventually I was able to do the moves just like they were on the screen! But the improvement only came with trying! . Show up for the hard things and TRY... that's the only way you'll progress and get better!
