Biarkan proofing I kurleb 30 menit di dlm breadmaker. Adonan yg telah kalis dan mengembang di pipihkan dan dibagi masing" 50 gr. Pipihkan isi dgn coklat Bentuk sesuai selera. - The most healthiest soup you'll ever have. A tree I grew up since my childhood days eating and climbing. Every time I see these trees or get a chance to eat it or cook it. It reminds me of home (Myanmar) and my dear mother (R.I.P). Never realising or understanding the full benefits and the versatility of one tree. All I knew was I love eating it. 😅😋 Now that I'm older and abit wiser and more in tuned with my body and dietary.. Here are some facts: Moringa oleifera is the scientific name, other wise popular known as the drumstick tree. Did you know: Moringa is loaded with nutrients like calcium, vitamin A, B, C, D, E; minerals like copper, iron, zinc, magnesium, silica and manganese. All parts of Moringa are used in some form or the other. Its leaves, immature pods (drumstick), seeds and flowers, and oil pressed from mature seeds are generally used as or in food. For example, flowers of M. oleifera are rich in calcium, potassium and antioxidants, and are used in various dishes. I could keep going and carry on how useful of the health benefits you'll receive from one tree, but I let you all look into it.
