Instagram photo by asiliathleisure - Okay here goes nothing! 😳 Obviously a bit nervous to do my 1st #transformationtuesday.πŸ˜©πŸ™ˆ. But these two photos are a year apart. The picture on the R was the low point. I had taken some tough hits lost a relative suddenly and then a job loss within months apart. I was frantic depressed and didn't have the motivation or energy to workout. I've been athletic my whole life and pretty competitive so a bit sad to see my self go but we all have our burn out rates. 😁 Sports and working out have always been my healthy outlet so to allow myself to get to the state on the R is a bit depressing - although I have laugh at my lil pillsbury boy belly I had going on 😝. I'd grown up REALLY skinny - people of all different ages would always make unsolicited comments "like do you eat β€’ omg you're so skinny β€’ or if I was anorexic " since elementary school, which made me self conscious of my appearance. So exercising and building muscle always gave me confidence. Plus I love the camaraderie of team sports, or group workouts πŸ‘― as well as the solace of running or doing yoga alone πŸ’πŸ½Now I am happy with my body and have more self confidence than I ever have. ✨The most important message is fitness is a journey - not a destination✨, it's about exercising your MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT as well as constant Self Growth β€’ and β€’ Self Love πŸ’•β˜ΊοΈ

Instagram photo by coachglossop - Today I spent a little time editing this film after coaching and after mentoring another client from the opposite side of Australia. Usual kind of Saturday morning. Editing some voice over and snipping in some words from my big motivator @kingjames Added a little back background music by one of my favourite artists @future And pieced together some clips from my trip to the U.S to meet a coach I look up to massively @dzandertraining  So why did I create this piece to share? Simple. This trip changed my life instantaneously. I already had motivation, I already had vision, I already had work ethic, I already had knowledge. But, this trip gave me something for the first time in my life, and that was REAL BELIEF.  A belief that I could be who I wanted to be, a belief that my big dream was possible for me, a belief that the sounds in my head were true, a belief that I should follow the work I was born to do, a belief that I had everything it takes to be successful on a global scale. I now have literally no fear, no self doubt and nothing can stop me from getting there anymore.  Since returning home I have not blinked, and I do not plan on blinking any time soon. I hope you enjoy this short little clip as much as I did creating it! Peace

That doesn't mean you can't enjoy good times and splurge once in a while, as long as most the time you're committed to treating your body good, by giving it what it needs- quality whole foods, and in the right amounts! "They" say, fitness is 70-80% diet, with the rest being exercise. So, maybe spend 1 hour, instead of 3, at the gym, and spend the other 2 in the kitchen... Just sayin...
