Chocolate Covered Banana 3 tbsp coconut oil 1/3 cup @truvibeorganics cacao powder 2 tbsp raw honey/agave 1 Banana Toppings of choice: Nuts/seeds, @truvibeorganics cacao nibs and/or goji berries Bring stove to a low heat and use a small pot to melt the coconut oil. Stir until the coconut oil becomes liquid. Use a separate bowl to mix the melted coconut oil, cacao powder, and raw honey/agave until the constancy is smooth. Carefully dip the banana into the chocolate and roll in toppings of choice. Place the dipped banana onto parchment paper and refrigerate for one hour. Enjoy!
