It is trendy, good for your body AND delicious 😋 Chopped vegetables, fish and rice or quinoa is usually the base of the bowl and here you have our way of BOOTCAMP Poké Bowl. ⭐️ - Black Quinoa – Because it is a source of protein, containing all the amino acids required by the body. Apart from this it contains B vitamins, dietary fibre, vitamin E, iron, phosphorous, magnesium and zinc. - Chopped Avocado 🥑 – because it's incredibly nutritious - an avocado contains over 20 different vitamins and minerals that is good for your body - Chopped Mango – because vitamins and fibres in mango help to lower cholesterol, which ensures that the heart stays healthy and strikes frequently. -Chopped Pickled onions – In particular, it promotes health due to its high content of sulphur-containing substances and antioxidants, but the onion also contains beneficial substances such as chromium, fibre and vitamin C. - Edamame beans – high quality protein, polyunsaturated fats, vitamin C, folic acid, iron and calcium. - Tuna – contains a lot of proteins and saturated fatty acids that is good for your ❤️ and health. - Good morning everyone and Happy Tuesday to you all!! This morning I am sharing with you a very special bowl to me, a green one 💚! Bc green is the colour of HOPE and also bc we could all use a little bit more of greens in our lives, our bodies, our cities... But also bc my older boy carried out a special project, all by himself => "Ze seed project". So this morning, I simply asked him if I could take some alfalfa sprouts, he grew for a few days, for my porridge bowl. He was so proud and grateful it really fuels my day with lots of green energy and lots of love too! I wish you all a lovely and yummy day!! 💚✨🍁💨🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋 INGREDIENTS: -1/3 cup of sprouted oats -1/3 cup of water -1/3 cup of almond milk - 1/3 cup of grated zucchini - 1/4 of an avocado - mashed TOPPINGS: -Fresh Fruits: Raspberries, blueberries, kiwi -1/4 of an avocado - Sliced - 1 tbsp of grated zucchini - 1 tbsp of alfalfa sprouts METHOD: Put the oats, grated zucchini, water & milk in a saucepan. Gently bring to a simmer stirring regularly, then place on a low heat during approx. 5-7 min. Add more milk / water if needed until you reach the desired consistency. Turn the heat down, put a lid on for 2 min or so, while you are preparing your toppings. Possibilities are infinite! Today, I mashed 1/4 of an avocado and I put it in my porridge to add more of this creamy texture I love so much!! This one is filled with tuna, homemade avocado-tahini sauce, lettuce, cucumber, and bell pepper.
