- when you're trying to improvise dinner with what you have in your fridge 😗 .... and it turns out quite well! Throw in some greens in there, spinach is the go to green for me- spinach is good for skin, hair, and bone health (and overall health!). These leaves also provide protein, iron, vitamins, and minerals like potassium, iron, magnesium, calcium and vitamin A. Add a some carrot for color, flavor and nutrition! Bits of cucumber here and there, some avocado for healthy fats, fiber and multiple other benefits. Chickpeas for my protein and fiber needs (check out my last post for more chickpea trivia) Extra virgin olive oil for my healthy fats and what not, mixed with my favorite olive oil based salsa @machaaaaaalibre Pretty great for having "nothing in the fridge" Go home and improvise something good! . - Notre déjeuner d'aujourd'hui ! 🍴Il s'agit de galettes patate douce/courgette dont j'ai trouvé la recette sur le blog @lalignegourmande . Un régal ! Mon P'tit Loup adore et moi aussi ! J'ai juste modifié quelques petites choses dans la recette (farine mi sarrasin mi riz à la place du blé, du sésame noir au lieu du blanc par rapport à ce que j'avais dans les placards, et 2 œufs au lieu d'un pour que ça se tienne mieux).
