I am addict to you 🍥. . Es la primera vez que hago Sushi, pero por lo bueno que ha quedado, no será la última. Os animo a que vosotr@s también lo preparéis, pues es bien fácil y rápido. . Sin duda hay infinidad de posibilidades y puedes utilizar los ingredientes que quieras, pero en mi caso he usado: 🎀 Arroz de coliflor 🍙. 🎀 Aguacate 🥑 , en tiras. 🎀 Salmón ahumado, en tiras. 🎀 Berenjena 🍆 en láminas al horno, para enrollar todos los ingredientes. 🎀 Lechuga, aliñada con Vinagre Balsámico de Módena y cebolla en polvo. . Os puedo asegurar que no tiene nada que envidiar al Sushi que podamos comprar en cualquier Supermercado o tomar en restaurante. . Si os animáis, subid foto y etiquetadme con #ClaudiHealthyFitRecetas. . Vosotr@s que habéis preparado de almuerzo? . Ya sabéis que yo me tomo una Infusión de Cola de Caballo 🍵 al terminar el desayuno y el almuerzo, evitando así la hinchazón abdominal y la sensación de pesadez, ayudando de igual modo a una mejor digestión. . Nos vemos 👋🏽 y nos leemos en la cena⁉️ Pero antes, hay que moverse un poquito, y yo hoy no iré al gym sino que saldré a caminar .

- Faccio sempre iniziare i mii training con la parte del corpo su cui voglio concentrarmi . Quando mi alleno in palestra inizio sempre con 2/3 esercizi dedicati ai glutei . Mi diverto a cambiare sempre esercizi e vario lo stimolo cambiando numero di ripetizioni , tempi di recupero , numero di serie . Ricordate infatti di dare sempre nuovi stimoli al vostro corpo , troverete vantaggio sia a livello fisico sia a livello mentale 🙏🏻💪🏻👌🏻 . In questo video state guardando una variante del GLUTE BRIDGE , chiamato " glute bridge frog " dove s fine ripetizione andate ad a spingere all'esterno le ginocchia mentre contraete i glutei 🍑 + una fase di contrazione statica isometrica in cui vado a fare una ulteriore resistenza spingendo le anche verso il basso . - CHIN UP PROGRESS - it's only been a few days & it's already improving. So, I've been using my chair for the most part of the week but today I did a HIIT workout & had no energy to hold myself. So I've got my trusty band involved - it's like a little foot up!
