- If you watch my Insta Stories you would know how simple is my daily eating while I’m counting macros at this stage of my fitness journey. There is nothing complicated, maybe sometimes too simple, but thats what is working for me at the moment as I dont have a lot of time in my hands to spend all day in the kitchen-few ingredient recipes are my favourite ones. Last week I made these chicken patties and thought maybe for someone this would be helpful- so these ingredients makes two serves-you can easily add more and make more serves so you could save some time in the kitchen. You need 250g raw chicken, 65g carrots, 50g red onion, 40g leek, 50g spinach. 🔸Cook all the veggies in the frying pan without the oil 🔹When the veggies are cooked put in the blender, add the raw chicken and blend all together - add a little bit of water and seasoning (I use only salt and pepper) 🔸Use hot pan without the oil and make some patties with the help of tablespoon-with hands it will be very challenging-as it’s very sticky 🔹Put the lid on and heat down after 1min of cooking on each side And it’s done😊 In terms of veggies I used the ones which I had at home-but pretty much you can use anything you like, the same thing about the meat-it can be any meat-as you are going to blend all together with the blender anyway!!! #anjamelbourne_fooddiary
