- Ahh, I felt so much better after having breakfast, and I started to calm down a ton! I showered, got ready, packed up my lunch, and am on my way to the DMV! I do not like eating in the car, and I haven't had to do it much, but my other option would have been eating at like 3:30 and then not having a snack. So, that's not happening. πŸ™…πŸ» I'm having: baked chicken breast (in @traderjoeslist 21 Seasoning Salute) salad topped with chili roasted garbanzo beans, cucumber with a sriracha drizzle! To pair: pretzels and hummus! πŸ‘…πŸ’¦πŸ”₯I'm feeling good, it still a little out of control. I know it's ridiculous and all, but I can't help it. I will get over it, for sure! I need to eat, go and get my stuff done, and I'll feel much better. My #protein intake on the other hand, has spiked to between 150-190g thanks to meals like this one, featuring 6.3 oz. garlic-pepper dry rub, #bakedchicken breast (55 g protein), on a bed of 1 cup of cooked egg whites 24 g protein) on a bed of #spinach and #kale with celery on the side for fibre. I've also been #lifting quite heavy -- squats and benchpress alternated with deadlifts and overheadpress every other day.
