- I just want to say that I don’t really post pics of my family as much only my daughter because she is of course Ava nutrition lol, but this is my partner of nearly 10 years, she has done really well herself, to the point she is picking up on some of the food I make lol, but she has just lost her weight (over 3 stone nearly) and got leaner and looks good now by eating fresh food, cooking from scratch, obviously with my help lol, can’t give her full credit haha, 😂. We don’t believe in diets!!!!! Never have done! And hand on heart, she doesn’t go gym. Poté na pár minut přihodíme brambory mrkev a petržel s fazolí necháme chvíli restovat a zalijeme vodou. Přivedeme k varu, osolíme, opepříme a přihodíme bobkový list s novým kořením.
