- #WhatsForBreakfastTots πŸ˜»πŸ’œπŸ˜‹This Shift that I am apart of is not only Physically but a complete mental, health, spiritual, and well being Shift and that all starts with what we are fueling our bodies withπŸ™πŸ½ What many of you don't realize is there are healthier alternatives for every fast food/ sugar craving you have and when you shift your mindset to viewing your food as fuel instead of pleasure these alternatives end up tasting so much better through time because not only are they delicious but you don't feel guilty and in pain afterwardsπŸ™πŸ½ These are my healthy variation of Cheesy hash browns subbing Nutritional Yeast for cheese and Riced Cauliflower for potatoes just blend that together with 2 eggs push it to the bottom of your pan coated in just enough oil to cover the bottom so it doesn't stick with nutritional yeast, Himalayan salt and garlic powder (or whatever seasoning you like) on top, put it in the oven at 425 for 30 min and pow!⚑️ Crispy delicious and a whole pan to myself is what my meal plan called for πŸ˜œπŸ™ŒπŸ½ You can eat yourself healthy Friends and it can be absolutely delicious while you do it! You just have to educate yourself on what your body needs and if you are struggling with where to start or need help for your junk food cravings then message me! Let me know what they are!
