- It’s Friday and it blows my mind that the holidays are just around the corner! I’m currently deciding on what dishes to bring for Thanksgiving, trying to stay healthyish 😜. . . —>Corncake pancakes 🥞 Mix together 3/4 cup cornmeal, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons coconut sugar. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 egg, 2 tablespoons melted grass-fed butter or neutral oil, and 1 1/2 cups milk of choice. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Pour batter into a greased pan on medium-low heat. Flip when bottom turns golden brown and remove after second side is cooked through, about 2 minutes. Hacer el puré y agregarle una cucharada de aceite de coco y un poco de queso de cabra (o el que quieran) rallado. 3. Agregar la harina de linaza. 4. Amasar y armar las bolitas 🖐🏼🖐🏼. 5. Engrasar con un poquitico de aceite de coco la arepera o el griddle. 6. Poner la arepa y dejarla hasta que esté bien dorada. 7. No les pude responder sus mensajes🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ hoy estoy de🙃🙃🙃🙃😂😂pero aquí está la receta con mucho cariño💚🍃. • INGREDIENTES👩🏻‍🍳 🌴1 taza de leche de almendra/coco o la que tú prefieras. 🌴1 cucharada de cacao 🌴3 cucharadas de chía 🌴1 taza de moras o fresas o arándanos 🌴1 cucharada de miel de agave o de abeja o panela 🌴Coco rallado 🌴Nibs de cacao • PREPARACIÓN👩🏻‍🍳 🌴Mezclamos la leche con el cacao ( si desean pueden agregar una cucharadita de panela o azúcar de coco), agregamos a un bowl la chía y la leche chocolatada🍫, con un batidor de alambre mezclamos bien y refrigeramos por 3 horas ( si desean ganar tiempo lo pueden dejar en reposo desde la noche anterior). 🌴Agrega a tu jarro la mora y la miel y aplástala con la ayuda de un mortero o una cuchara👩🏻‍🍳. 🌴Ahora que ya está la primera capa de moras, agregamos una capa generosa de coco, y la mezcla de la chía ( por capas cómo está en la foto📸) y por último ponemos más moras, coco y nibs de cacao. Me encanta, así que espero que lo hagan y no se olviden de mandarme sus fotitos, gracias por sus mensajes, que tengan un hermoso fin de semana☀️.
