- Every morning i do the same thing, turn off the alarm at 4:10, get up, put my workout clothes on, put my contacts in, hair up, go downstairs, drink my preworkout drink and head down to the basement. No stopping! Well today I didn't complete the check list. It stopped at drinking my pre-workout drink. I took Advil with water for the headache I have fighting for 2 days and sat on the couch. 10 mins that's what I told myself. Well next thing I knew, there was a dog on top of me - licking my face. I looks at the clock - 5:20 - no time for a workout. I should have just stuck to my routine but I hesitated and the out come was not what I wanted. I have been working on my hesitating in all aspects of my life. Even hesitating 5 seconds gives your brain time to change its mind and convince you it's not a good thing.
