- Thank you all for your support. I knew coming into this competition that I wouldn't get a good total. I just wanted to hit some PR, so it's go big or go home. I competed at 183 lbs and my first dead lift lbs attempt 523, seconds 577, third 623. The state record is 635 so I'm not that far away. The hardest part was lifting the weight off the floor. My back strength was lacking because laying off the back workout from my shoulder injury. Damn, so many excuses 🙈. I guess there's no point of complaining, I such have to pull it better next time. I can say that I'm not the strongest puller yet, but I'm the swiftest dead lifter.

- 195lb & then 205lb sets from today's deadlift session.
