- No gym, no excuse!! I've been down at Camp Agape these past two days w/ Pope John Paul II football team leading the strength and conditioning portions of the camp! - Completed my deadlift back workout today. In the dark. With no voice. Definitely having to take today off work, because there's literally no way I can teach today. My voice is a squeaky strangled whisper. Its not good.
